More About Me

I am passionate about people being able to authentically show up in the world as their best selves and being supportive by encouraging a safe space for that growth towards their authenticity. One community cause that I fully support is mental wellness among Black and brown women.

Empathetic

I believe in leading with empathy, integrity, and purpose in everything I do. With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through growth, healing, and life transitions, I've learned that creating space for people to be seen and heard is one of the most powerful gifts we can offer. My approach centers on helping people build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Supportive

I volunteer often with different church events and mental health initiatives. This includes organizing youth events catering to young ladies seeking mentorship, reading books to local kindergarteners, and feeding the homeless. Being able to pour into my community and support others on their journey is deeply fulfilling to me.

Balanced

I love taking moments to reflect by taking 30-minute walks each day, 45 minutes of yoga and meditation, and reading books. I also carve out two days each month specifically for self-care, which includes beauty upkeep, spa days, and lunches by the lake or beach. Self-care for me means intentionally creating space to recharge and honor my own needs.
