For Myers-Galloway Counseling - Telehealth services require reliable high-speed internet, compatible technology, and private location. Mental health licensure is state-specific - we can only provide mental health services to clients in states where our clinicians are licensed.
For Montina Galloway - Course access is granted per terms at purchase. You may not share access or reproduce materials. Event and coaching policies are outlined in service agreements.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOUR USE OF OUR SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. OUR SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (1) AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING SIX MONTHS, OR (2) $100.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law. Legal actions must be filed in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina courts.
LIMITATION ON TIME TO FILE CLAIMS
ANY CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THEY ARISE; OTHERWISE, THEY ARE PERMANENTLY BARRED.
