Here’s How It Works:

  1. Complete the form below. Tell us a little about what you're looking for in therapy.

  2. We’ll respond within 24 business hours. You'll hear from a member of our team to match you with a therapist and schedule your consultation.

  3. You’ll receive next steps. If we’re a good fit, we’ll guide you through setting up your first session and completing intake paperwork.

Insurance:

We accept the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • State Health Plan

  • Self-Pay

  • United Healthcare (Accepted by Montina Myers-Galloway only)

Session Fees:

$175 per session (standard rate)

$350 per session with Montina Myers-Galloway

Please note: We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Insurance eligibility must be verified before your first session. Not all therapists are in-network with every plan.

    • Please confirm that the therapist you select accepts your specific insurance plan prior to your first appointment. You can confirm this by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.

      Currently, Montina accepts private pay, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (All PPO, All Indemnity, Blue Home with Novant Health, and Blue Care) and United Health Care insurance plans.

      If you prefer to pay out of pocket, you will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Clients often take advantage of Health Savings or Flexible Spending accounts.

    • Practice policy includes keeping a debit or credit card on file for payment at the time of service. Cash or checks are not accepted. Below are session fees by provider type:

      Montina Myers-Galloway - $350 per session

      Other Staff Therapist - $175 per session

    • Please provide a 24-hour notice for the cancellation OR rescheduling of an appointment. Otherwise, the debit or credit card on file will automatically be charged for the entire amount of the scheduled session. Monday appointments must be canceled by 5 p.m. on the preceding Friday. If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 appointments without 24-hour’s notice, your services will be terminated. No refunds will be given for current or previous services provided.
