NeTeah Hatchett
Executive Assistant
Specialties: Human Resources and Women's Empowerment
NeTeah is an Ohio native turned Charlotte transplant with a deep passion for helping women become more intentional about the way they care for and speak to themselves. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an M.S. in Business Psychology from Franklin University. Her educational background, paired with her professional experience in Human Resources and lived experiences, have given her a unique ability to see beyond titles and roles—recognizing the whole person within. With compassion and discernment, NeTeah seeks to nurture, empower, and encourage women who feel constrained by expectation or circumstance and are longing to break free. Being grounded in faith and led by purpose, she believes true growth begins when women are given the space to reconnect with themselves, renew their mindset, and walk boldly in who they were created to be.
More About Me
I am passionate about helping other women find ways to pour into themselves in the way that they pour into others. Community outreach and support is extremely important to me, especially as it relates to homelessness and food security efforts.
Compassionate
I serve on the Missions team with my local church engaging in activities that are rooted in giving back and pouring into the surrounding community. This includes involvement in food/clothing drives, volunteering at local community-based non-profits, as well as other efforts. My professional experience in Human Resources, combined with my education and personal journey, allows me to see beyond titles and roles—recognizing the whole person within every individual I encounter.
Empowering
I believe true growth begins when women are given the space to reconnect with themselves, renew their mindset, and walk boldly in who they were created to be. With compassion and discernment, I seek to nurture and encourage women who feel constrained by expectation or circumstance and are longing to break free.
Balanced
I no longer view rest as a reward, but as a requirement. I've found there's power and restoration in rest, both physical and mental. I'm intentional about who and what has access to me and where I place my energy and presence. Self-care for me means honoring my own needs with the same dedication I give to others.
