No. Currently, Myers-Galloway Counseling is not accepting new clients who choose to use insurance. Upon request, you may be provided a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Clients often take advantage of Health Savings or Flexible Spending accounts.

Practice policy includes keeping a debit or credit card on file for payment at the time of service. Cash or checks are not accepted. Below are session fees by provider:
Montina Myers-Galloway - $350 per session
Other Staff Therapist - $175 per session

Please provide a 24-hour notice for the cancellation OR rescheduling of an appointment. Otherwise, the debit or credit card on file will automatically be charged for the entire amount of the scheduled session. Monday appointments must be canceled by 5 p.m. on the preceding Friday. If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 appointments without 24-hour’s notice, your services will be terminated. No refunds will be given for current or previous services provided.
